Returnes & Exchanges
All our items are made-to-order or custom-made according to your measurements, which is why we typically DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. However, there are exceptions for Standard Sizes, so please reach out to us if you've ordered one.
In cases where we have confirmed an exchange or return, we kindly ask you to review our guidelines for the return/exchange process:

Items must be returned/exchanged in the condition in which they were originally received. This means they should be new, unwashed, and unworn/unused. We greatly appreciate your cooperation with this essential policy.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any shipping costs associated with the return process are the responsibility of the buyer. We require the tracking number for the returned item, and please note that we cannot proceed with your Return or Exchange Request without it.
- We issue a refund ONLY after we have checked the item's original condition, and the PROTECT ID TAG is still placed as it was originally.
